How do you consistently deliver an exceptional experience for the premier leader in the SaaS space?

Salesforce is more than a company focused on customer relationship management. It’s an intricate ecosystem of teams, products, and services that span audiences, industries, and stakeholders. Despite their scale, Salesforce moves faster than most startups.

To keep up with their breakneck pace, Salesforce needed the help of an agency that knows their brand inside and out. Since 2014, I have led diverse teams from Cibo to serve as a trusted partner in the development and expression of the Salesforce brand experience, working as an extension of their internal teams. Together, we have collaborated on a wide range of projects and forged strong working relationships within their organization.

From innovative digital experiences at Dreamforce to rethinking core aspects of the online conversion funnel, from major produce launches like Wave Analytics to redesigning the home page, we have partnered with dozens of groups within Salesforce to improve the company’s digital experiences.

The result? 7+ years. 85+ projects. And counting.

With each design system update, my team has worked alongside Saleforce’s internal teams to help inform, adopt and implement their system across a wide range of digital experiences.

I worked closely with the Wave Analytics team to successfully launch this product at Dreamforce. We created the interface, motion graphics for the demo app and conference experience.

Together, we have collaborated on a wide range of projects and forged strong working relationships within Salesforce’s internal marketing and design teams.
